Strategic Assessment

A publicly held storage systems company sought a strategic business assessment for its primary product line after undergoing 3 years of declining sales and two major management changes. While its unique technology had put the company into a market shared with only two other principal competitors, early missteps severely limited the firmís options. 1st Wave made recommendations for stabilizing the business that were adopted by company management and the board of directors. 1st Wave advised the CEO and provided sales management services that increased sales while the storage line was successfully sold to a large OEM.
